“Love the ease with which I can create session notes now. The AI notes are amazing, and I love that Upheal integrates with Zoom.”
“PREDATORY BILLING PRACTICES. If you are a disabled clinician looking for documentation support, THIS ISN'T IT. Beyond the notes being inaccurate, unreliable and inconsistent - YOU WILL NOT BE TOLD AHEAD OF TIME WHEN YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR SUBSCRIPTION COSTS, and you will be REFUSED A REFUND for an unused, AI-ridden product.”
“Upheal continues to be my favorite EHR out of all of the ones I've used. The AI features that are integrated help me to streamline my workday and spend more time with clients and focused on what matters.”
“I love this EHR, the AI note writer is amazing, the website is very user-friendly, and it is nicer than other EHRs that I've used in the past.”
“Since graduating I have been through two other EHRs (simple practice & sessions health), and was never happy paying through the nose for features I did not need. I have been SO very happy with Upheal. I first started using them just for their AI note transcription service. I was so happy with it that when they launched an EHR I jumped on it. It is AI supported which has made my life as a therapist so much better. Previously, my notes were skimpy at best, and I was always weeks behind with writin”

“Upheal has truly changed my career for the better. It works so well and has great features such as the calendar, patient portal, secure messaging, and a low fee for charging credit cards in addition to the excellent documentation. Way to go, Upheal! ”

“ I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to this time. I can’t say enough good things about Upheal. The program is reliable, and the notes it generates need little, if any editing. I’ve tried other platforms, but Upheal is superior. Not only does it save me a crazy amount of time on my notes, but it also provides thoughtful ideas for future sessions by reading through the planning sections of my notes. The language Upheal uses is clear, accurate, and concise. I’ve used Upheal for bot”

“Upheal is easy to use and very reliable. Allowing me to get bandwidth back (mentally and physically) to focus on my clients. I've grown to appreciate and trust their transparency and privacy as their platform put clinical outcomes and ethical practice first. I always feel like the providers and my clients come first, not insurance or investors.”
“None of my client names are showing up: Where are my clients names in order to choose from??? Everything is being logged as anonymous.”
“First and foremost, Upheal is intuitive, packed with features, and continually expanding its capabilities through an active and responsive development team. If you’re looking for an EHR and practice management platform that incorporates relational AI in a way that meaningfully reduces administrative burden and allows you to focus more on what you do best—being a therapist—Upheal is leading the way. Upheal also earns an A+ for its support team. The AI assistant is surprisingly capable and often”
“I am an OT. I write notes for early intervention for parents to read and understand the session. I have spent WAY too much time trying to tell this crap software how I want my notes to be written. It goes back to psych notes and add a bunch of stuff that was not in my original voice to text note. This is not user friendly if you are an OT writing simple narrative notes. STAY AWAY for this one!! Also there was no way to contact customer service to chat about my problem. ”
“Edited to add: The BEST thing about Upheal is how LIGHTNING FAST the support team is at responding to feedback, to improve the program. I left my previous EHR (TherapyZen) because the program had not had a single update in 5 years and the tech support was ABYSMAL. I am actually thoroughly impressed with the speed at which Upheal's support team responds to problems. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Mostly I love this program. It is incredibly helpful and the note taking features is absolute”
“So glad I switched to Upheal from my old EHR platform! I came for the sophisticated AI note-taking. It's truly mind-blowing how good these notes are, and how precisely I can tailor them to my clinical approach, practice needs, etc. But I decided to switch over completely to the Upheal EHR because of the CUSTOMER SERVICE, and their commitment to collaborating with users. I have NEVER had a product where the developers were this open, receptive, collaborative and engaged. On my old EHR, it was re”
“I’ve been incredibly impressed with Upheal. It is one of the rare technology platforms in behavioral health that actually feels like it was designed with clinicians in mind rather than simply adapted for them. The platform is intuitive, clean, and remarkably easy to use. The documentation tools have significantly reduced the amount of time I spend on administrative work, while still allowing me to maintain clinical detail and control over my notes. The AI-assisted features are genuinely useful ”

“Upheal has revolutionised my experience as a therapist. It has freed up a significant amount of time, particularly around notes, summaries and admin, while also improving the quality and consistency of my work. It is intuitive, easy to use, and thoughtfully designed around the real needs of clinicians. Rather than feeling like another system to manage, it supports the way I work and helps me stay more present with clients. At this point, it covers everything I need and has become an essential ”
“This software oversells and underdelivers. I signed up for the highest tier because I do family therapy and they claim to support this modality. Unfortunately, this is a misleading claim. Upheal is not set up to capture family sessions. The family sessions have to be altered manually, and this hassle cannot even be done with an iPhone. There is a couples setting, but no family setting. Additionally, the software cannot seem to differentiate between higher-pitched voices very well. This is a prob”
