Suno

“Watermarks across the entire track, music blocked on platforms, an overpriced model with poor sound quality—all in all, the entire system is useless!”

“What was once brilliant with a sparkling community, has become a slop engine that only produces pop-slop. Support staff have been replaced by dismissive AI. Also standing with long-time users who are being banned from their accounts for reporting bugs or raising concerns about the quality of the V6 model. Dissapointed, sincerely, to watch Suno essentially speedrun its own destruction.”

“I was subscribed to Suno even before they got big on socials. The new update and rules however, suck a$$, £8 for 20 downloads a month…only 20. REALLY? The new version 6 sounds like cr@p and every track you generate sounds exactly the same. How many subscribers are they going to lose. I’d place my bets on loads. ”

“Suno is amazing! Worth every dollar! Have already made some great hardstyle tracks.❤❤❤❤”

“EDIT: Suno continues to improve on a definite upward spiral. The app works great, the site works great, the quality even free is great, and I can see them continuing this trend. Suno has earned my trust and gone from 2/5 stars to a PERFECT 5/5. Suno has had many issues, but it has highs that go at least as far if not further than its lows. There is only so many times an app can redeem itself before I decide it must be, in some way, reliably good. Give it a shot and be patient- It's not bad.”

“I write my own songs and create them in Suno on my own account. Now when I upload a new version of one of my songs to rework it, Suno blocks it and tells me to "contact the rights holder". I AM the rights holder - I wrote these songs and made them in Suno. They have never been released anywhere. To test how Suno checks rights, I gave another one of my songs, also created by me in Suno, to my nephew. He uploaded it from his account and Suno accepted it with no problem. So the filter blocks the r”

“TITLE: Founding Customer Blocked by Billing Error - ZERO Support Response I have been with Suno AI since its inception, utilizing it as the backbone for the 918 Collective's production workflow. Up until now, I have been a satisfied champion of this tech, but the current lack of professionalism is staggering. My accountis currently locked because Suno’s system will not accept a $30 payment from a bank account I have used with them for years. I have sent multiple inquiries and have been met wit”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you, Suno Support Team! I’m really impressed with how quickly and professionally you handled my request. I accidentally purchased an annual Premier subscription when I actually intended to choose the monthly plan. You responded very quickly, processed my refund, and cancelled the annual subscription exactly as I requested. The whole process was easy, professional, and completely hassle-free. The service and quality that Suno provides are also excellent. The platform is very high q”

“They no support Team and i facing problem about subscription no one have solution for me and they ask me to pay again (ai replied) that is so bad that big company no support team.”

“I subscribed and paid for a full year under one set of terms. Then Suno changed those terms and introduced additional credit costs for downloads. I did not agree with this change, so I contacted support and asked to cancel my subscription and receive a refund for the remaining period. Their answer, after waiting about ONE MONTH for support, was essentially: no. Because I originally subscribed through the mobile app, they say they cannot cancel the annual subscription or refund the unused peri”

“Update 3: After trying elevenlabs i can say Suno is far superior, not only is the user interface nicer and more intuitive but the vocals are a much higher quality and beat match compared to EL. Sure there is an error margin but you have plenty of credits to spend as creating a track only costs a small handful of credits to create two at a time. Update 2: Made some quality tracks but its error margin is large, its quite frustrating waiting for it to create to find 2 tracks is trash. It's amazing”

“Hello, I want to preface this by saying im not trying to shit on suno. It is a very good tool for musicians who need a small push in songwriting and for allowing casuals to be able to make music. That being said, I am shocked and appalled by how poorly it is run and sold. I play the bass and piano as well as singing and writing my own lyrics. When I stumbled upon suno last year I was very excited because it really did help me write music. Sometimes just throwing your lyrics in or dropping a bass”
