Slidesgo

“Slidesgo offers great-quality content and an excellent variety of templates that are easy to download and very useful. I've truly enjoyed using the platform and have found it very helpful for my presentations. However, at this point I no longer need the service as frequently, so I attempted to cancel my subscription. Unfortunately, the cancellation process through the "My Subscription" menu results in a 500 error, and the platform does not allow me to complete it. Despite reaching out to custom”

“I took time and made the perfect presentation then i wanted to change the theme to a more casual one and it redid my entire presentation in a way i didn't want it to be. I tried to undo it but it didn't work and I had to repeat my presentation completely.”

“this app is terrible i cant delete the STUPID AI IMAGES THAT ARE ALREADY ON THERE. and why cant i transfer the slides FROM slides go to the ACTUAL SLIDES???!!!????? this app needs A SERIOUS REBUILD. i need to do my SCHOOLWORK. whoever decided it was a good idea to put ai into slides go NEEDS TO BE FIRED. ”

“ I would rate this a 0 if I could! I wanted pictures of classroom infographics and it went COMPLETELY off topic and started talking about planets, I needed my assignment which is due on Friday. Also I checked the amount of errors and in 10 minutes, there were over 20000 OF THEM!! On top of that my laptop started OVERHEATING! Reader BEWARE, this site is a possible virus. DO NOT VISIT AT ALL COSTS!!”

“Been creating a lot of work presentations lately and went down a rabbit hole testing AI alternatives to PowerPoint. Since I'm at a start-up, cost was a big factor, so here's what actually made the cut: Slidesgo Cost: 100% free One of the best options if you want something fast with zero friction. Prompt it, get slides, export to PPTX, done. No account walls, no credit limits. Designs are average tbh. Won't blow anyone away in a boardroom, but for internal meetings its a great choice. Canva Cost:”

“This company has made it essentially impossible to cancel a subscription. There is no cancellation option while logged in. I had to turn to reddit to even find the correct url to submit a cancellation request. I messaged customer support and got no response after several days. I submitted my cancellation request in the buried webpage and got no response after a few more. I have sent a third email, but at this point I doubt I will get a response. I think they must do this to make it harder to dis”

“This company is a scam. You can el your subscription, they not only keep charging you but 2.5x the subscription. Avoid!”

“Very bad service. Company that does not comply with EU customer laws. I was charged for the service and they say they could nor retrieve my subscription email nor refund me...flee”

“This has been so amazing for creating lesson plans for use with my students. I recommend it to all of my teacher friends who wonder how I get the cutest slides!! The downloads work perfectly everytime. I keep a saved folder in my Google Drive of the copies and make copies from there for my lessons. That way I keep the template intact. I'm so thankful for the access to these slides, and I have used them for 2 years now. Thank you for what you do! My students always appreciate them too! :)”

“I am very disappointed in Slidesgo and I have gfiven them several opportunities to right a mistake they have made in billing me for a renewal after cancelled my membership prior to the renewal date. I cannot recommend this company and instead, I would be very careful about doing business with them. They are unresponsive and they do not correct their billing errors. ”

“This site is horrible, it told me sign up or buy premium, I signed up and still I cant, 99% of templates are premium, Im a highschool student trying my best to finish an assignment and this is so annoying. Just use a different site, the subscription is likely a scam too”

“came to make an ai presentation. enter button was blocked by popup. i logged in, went thru their stuff, and after all that, "unexpected error" waste of time”
