โHello, I run a multi specialty practice within a large DSO. We have OMFS, Perio, Ortho, Endo, GPS, hygienists etc. All 34 of our offices use Overjet and Pearly. It's been a game changer. My Providers use it with patients, my front office uses it treatment planning/Financial presentations (when needed) . We use it to audit trail as well. Even in morning huddle, we put any findings from Overjet on the route sheets (unless work was already completed) We all love it and it is well worth the $ as lonโ
โWe've been using overjet for about a week now. Has it caught anything I wouldn't have seen otherwise yet? I don't think so, and it has a real problem with false positives. It really shines at finding incipient decay that is 1/3 through the enamel that I personally would never fill. Its bone loss estimates have been laughably incorrect in some situations but reasonable in most. I don't pay for it, but I believe it would cost $150 a month. It really doesn't bring in that much value, but maybe afโ
โI use Overjet AI for viewing Xrays. Not only it shows me stuff that I miss, makes exam and charting faster, but it also dramatically increased patient acceptanceโ

I think it's decent and useful I could live without it, but it's also really nice to use as a 'second opinion' when I'm diagnosing smaller caries and I'm on the fence about whether I'd treat or watch (when I've already used my normal decision making, like comparing to older images, pt habits, etc). It's good for things like when you'reโ
