“Their system is fundamentally broken. It's as simple as that. Their system only flags content as human if it is grammatically awkward or includes multiple errors. Otherwise, it's AI, because apparently, only AI is capable of writing in English correctly. Their AI detection system does not work. Ironically, they use AI in their responses on here, so I figure it's kind of pointless to even bother saying anything. I am flagging this 1 star with the hopes that something will change, but it won't.”

“Regarding the company/software - the software is great in terms of functionality, though it is expensive. I also really do not appreciate that the credits I have paid for through the subscription 1) don't accumulate and 2) are removed upon subscription termination. These are credits I paid for and I do not get to maintain them - seems silly and a waste of money. I would not reactivate my account ever because of this.
