“There are many apps that offer that, some of them already mentioned like Speechify, other popular option is NaturalReader. However all those apps start from $100/year for that and that doesn't seem to fit into your price range. “You have to be careful with Naturalreader because the voices that are really worth it are worth twice as many characters, so in the end it's like half. It's not 500,000 characters but half of it. I finally took it out, because it didn't last a day and it crashed.”
