“Pretty disapointed. Automations aren't firing with every keyword, meaning things get messy really quickly. Then I've turned off and deleted all 4 of my keyword responses nearly a year ago - they're still firing. Making us look completely unprofessional. Had to end up just disconnecting everything and removing the app. Find it amazing how you can charge such high prices for such a broken system. On top of that, Your "contact" numbers get way out of control even with a medium sized page making bil”

“Very dissapppinted. For an app that’s supposed to help your business run more smoothly it’s useless. I repeatedly entered my email, yes correctly, to sign up. Then tried to connect it to my tik tok. It says that it needs to verify the email that it already verified, but it NEVER sends a code. I tried two emails, no go, I tried using Apple, repeatedly declines and says try again( I do not have any issues w my Apple ID) I tried using “Google” but that essentially just refers back to the same email”

“I Subscribed to ManyChat on July 9th, 2026 and quickly needed to upgrade my subscription to Pro. I did that and paid for 2500 contact overages over my 2500 limit. Then I sat and waited until August 9th for the subscription limit to reset. It didn't! When I connected with their ChatBot, it said they should have reset on August 8th Not only did it not, reset, but it sent out partial automations (it did this the entire time) which were actively detrimental to my brand because people were just lef”

“Pro plan here, got around 4,200 contacts right now. It's running me about $90/month with the Instagram growth tool added on. The jump from free to pro stings a bit at first but the automation saves me hours every week so the math works out. What surprised me most was how fast the contact count climbs once you get a couple DM campaigns running, had to upgrade way sooner than I planned”

“I was trying to have my IG contacts get uploaded to a google sheet. ManyChats team kept on telling me it was a google sheet issue even when in all reality it wasn't. I spent a week talking with a very incompetent tech support team and they could never resolve this simple issue. I think its a software issue! Dont get Many chats if you are trying to export your data onto a google sheet. ”
