The Gemini integration is terrible…not only are all help pages now ask Gemini AI, but the links it provides as “help” aren’t even true links to actual pages. This is a shameful tactic and terrible use case. Google no longer supports growth, but just spending. Spending money, time and resources. ”

“Es wurde ein Google Workspace Konto angelegt und meine Mailadresse wurde hinterlegt. Ohne Zustimmung durch mich. Ich habe aber keine Admin Rechte mit meiner Mailadresse. Deshalb kann ich das Domain Abo, das ein Betrüger auf meinen Namen eröffnet hat, nicht kündigen. Den Support erreiche ich nicht ohne Admin Konto. Finde den Fehler. Der allgemeine Google support schert sich garnicht und sendet nur völlig hirnrissige dumme Sachen, die nicht ansatzweise Hilfreich sind. Maile ich hier mit einem Bot?”

I was advised Google Workspace would action this for me, they have now backtracked and I’m left to it, with only a couple of days until my account renews for a year. I would advise going to an alternative provider. The customer service is appalling but the agents are super confident they have the skills to help despite doing nothing. The help pages sent to me were really basic and didn’t answe”

“Google workspace has been a nightmare for our school. After we trusted google to be in control of our school domain and major email accounts, we applied for an education console membership. The application has been in "pending approval" mode for over 6 months. Every 21 days it dumps our domain and our school-wide email goes dark and bounces important emails for about 24 hours as we scramble to get a real person to help us get back online and back into the queue. “Trying to sign up for Google Workspace was an absolute nightmare. So much for being the "easy" option. You can't even sign up for the plan level you want, you have to sign up to a more expensive one then navigate a complicated system to downgrade. Then to cancel you have to click cancel buttons about 5 times and enter your admin email address, just an abusive practice and I have been permanently lost as a business customer before I've even signed up. Avoid.”

“Utter garbage. Completely jumbling, confusing user interface. Forced me to buy a plan for like $30 a month CAD. Charged me $17 for a yearly domain then when I cancelled the plan I couldn’t access the domain but they also didn’t refund me for it either and I couldn’t contact support because I wasn’t on a plan anymore so I couldn’t even get support, absolute garbage and trash.”
