What it is
Nine AI tools designed specifically for people with ADHD and autism who get overwhelmed by large tasks. Goblin Tools breaks down complex projects into step-by-step actions, adjusts text tone, splits to-do lists, and handles other executive function challenges. The audience is neurodivergent individuals, students, and anyone who struggles with task initiation. Early reviewers describe the ADHD-specific design features as the primary reason they keep using it, though the four-review sample makes sentiment patterns unreliable.

“I was raving about how much Goblin Tools made my life so much easier and probably added 10 years to my lifespan on instagram recommending it to all the neurospicy girlies and one of my developer friends told me to write a review here so I will because the creator deserves all the investment possibilities out there. My review: 20/10 If you have email anxiety or are just a lil autistic, have a lot to do and don’t know how to do it or even were to start or what to eat or want to ask a question tha”
“The best free magic to do! This helps me a lot in breaking tasks into more manageable sub-tasks, making it easier to brainstorm new ideas and understand them deeply. I purchased the iOS app to support the developer. It's an amazing app!”
“A while ago I mentioned goblin tools in the comments and I was surprised by the amount of people thanking me, so I'm thinking a lot of people probably missed posts about https://goblin.tools/ in different adhd subs, so here I am, making another one to share this wonderful tool! Just type in whatever you've been dreading doing, whether it's cleaning the bathroom, doing laundry etc and click the blue magic wand next to it and you get the task broken down into manageable steps. You can choose the s”
“I paid for the goblin app on my phone and use it almost everyday. It's helped me work through a lot of my executive dysfunction issues.”

“I really wanted this app to work for me but it just doesn't. Instead of making tasks easier, it takes so long to figure out how simple things should work, it just becomes frustrating. Definitely not for me. I wish I had not paid for this at all. Yet another ADHD TAX. DON'T BOTHER.”
“Absolutely worth it: Love this app it really has helped me with tasks and time management. The formalizer is probably my favorite element of this app. It has helped me format things for self representation in family court. It has helped me check and double check packing and not forgetting items, it’s made a bleak girl dinner become meals. Best $ spent on an app. I recommend this any time an opportunity presents”
“Truly helpful non-predatory app.: I’m honestly blown away at the functionality of this genuinely helpful app that isn’t locked behind a subscription pay wall. You can tell whoever made this had a spicy brain too and just wants to help us out. Thank you, whoever you are.”
“The update (which honestly made things look worse imo) completely wiped out ALL of my to do lists with no way to get them back. Everything is GONE and honestly the "easier to navigate" supposed upgrade just isn't there. Now my keyboard keeps trying to type in the Add new item area instead of before when I add a subtask where instead of a pop-up window (which is a downgrade) it would add it below in a separate line. This isn't a good "upgrade"”
“I was happy using this app, until an hour ago and they updated it. Now half of my tasks have been deleted. The update isn't even great because I can't drag lists to another tab, and the order in the current tab keeps changing. This wasn't what i needed today and now I have to waste energy in putting everything back, or writing my tasks down somewhere else.”
“Loved it but now: Amazing app at first and it always saved my list but now it seems to take them right off as I add them. Not sure what’s going on.”
“I love this! But it crashes...: This app is such a great use of AI capabilities. I use the formalizer and the judge most often. I've been told that I come across as "blunt" and the judge allows me to make sure that my writing has the intended tone. I use the app on both my phone and laptop, and I sometimes have issues with it crashing when I switch between tools. The UI is clean, but could use some improvements. But for the price, it's great!!”

“I love it: I am very autistic and I have a hard time doing things and this app breaks down my tasks into more simple things so it feels easier to do and it’s step by step. For example, I hate vacuuming, so I put vacuuming into the magic to do and it made it very simple like I have to plug it in and then I have to go back and forth with it. It breaks it down depending on how well you understand things and you can change it with the chilli pepper button. Very nice app I love it and I hope more fea”
“I saw it on tiktok and thought it wouldn't actually be this great and i usually don't place reviews but this makes doing tasks and especially which steps to take so much easier. I am really glad i found this site and you can have it break down tasks as much as you like and need. ”

Yes, Goblin Tools offers free access to basic functionality, kept free by sponsors. There's also a Pro version available with enhanced features, though specific pricing details for the Pro tier aren't specified.
The 9 tools are: Magic ToDo (breaks down large tasks), Formalizer (adjusts text tone), Judge (analyzes emotional content), Taskmaster (provides structured task guidance), Professor (explains complex concepts simply), Consultant (assists with decisions), Estimator (predicts task duration), Compiler (organizes scattered thoughts), and Chef (creates recipes from ingredients).
Goblin Tools is accessible through web browsers and has dedicated mobile apps for both Android and iOS devices. Users can create accounts to sync their lists and history across all platforms.
While not exclusively for ADHD, Goblin Tools is particularly valuable for users with ADHD, anxiety, or other conditions that make task initiation and organization challenging. The platform focuses specifically on executive function support rather than being a comprehensive productivity suite.
Magic ToDo takes large, overwhelming todo items and breaks them down into smaller, actionable steps. This helps users who feel paralyzed by complex projects by providing a clear path forward with manageable tasks.
Yes, Goblin Tools includes several text-focused tools: the Formalizer transforms text tone for different communication contexts, Judge analyzes text for emotional content and sentiment, and Compiler turns scattered thoughts and braindumps into organized action items.
Goblin Tools distinguishes itself by focusing specifically on task overwhelm and executive function support with simple, focused tools. Each tool serves a narrow, well-defined purpose, contrasting with more complex productivity platforms that can themselves become overwhelming to navigate and configure.
