“They are very deceptive! Sent an email to me asking if I wanted to renew with a link to push which I did not go to the link but they continued to charge. Customer service not at all helpful after waiting long periods. ”

“I wish I could give 0 stars. The site didn’t work for over a month. I had an assignment due. I was so busy but I found another site which is actually free and less glitchy. Then another subscription payment to Chegg came out of my account. They refused to look into this as a complaint. They weren’t interested in the fact the site didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend them at all. Why would a paid for site be so glitchy all the time? Then refuse refunds when they can’t deliver the service? It’s scam”

“Suspends my account for no reason. Just use AI at this point and don't get a subscription. ”
