“Charged a full year. Never used the app. No refund: The app is built around a paywall. Free use is limited, then you get pushed into a yearly plan. I did not use Brainly after that. No questions, no tutors, no homework help. The charge still went through for a full year. Uninstalling does not stop it. You have to cancel in iPhone Settings, under Subscriptions. The app itself is easy to forget and hard to get out of. That design is the problem. A homework app should not keep a year of payment for”
