“They do phantom monthly charges here. They were charging my card but "couldn't find any account" associated with my emails. I gave them LITERALLY every email I've ever had and they couldn't find it. They never offered another way to try and find the transaction. I did, gave them the necessary info, and they started asking what my email was again.
