Please watch out for their 30 day cancellation period!! You have to cancel 30 days before an annual subscription ! “It's horrible. Randomly logged me out. Tried to log me back in. Told me I had to reset password. Reset password. Still wouldn't let me in. Told me I have to turn on 2FA. Clicked enable. Asked me to scan a QR code with "The App". Don't know which app it means so can only assume it's the Asana app. Open app on phone. Logged out. Try to sign in. Tells me to enable 2FA. Click enable. Asks me to scan a QR code. Give up on app. Try different browser. Try to log in again. Only the second time. Error me”

“Sync wiped several boards. Tried to sync mobile app and web and ended up losing a bunch of tasks. Exchanged emails with “Reece” for weeks and got nowhere. Told to look at setting among other unhelpful options but no viable solution and in the end I was simply ghosted. Features are similar to everything else. ”

“Deleted my account 2 years ago, yet I still get emails. Tried to get connected to support to remove my information from their databases. But of course it's impossible. Instead you have use their stupid, useless chatbot. They also try to force you to log in to contact support. So I would need to create an account in order to tell them to delete my information? What a garbage company. I will never recommend this company and will advise all my colleagues to stay away from them. ”

“Requesting help from their support team is completely ineffective. Even simple administrative requests go weeks without follow up let alone any actual help. I would not consider this platform for my business again. ”

“Worse client experience I have ever received. I have to say that they don't proof read emails or get back to you on the matters you actually contacted them about. Glitchy functionality of the programme too at the best of times as soon as you have multiple users. So if you're looking to use it as a dashboard on team calls, look elsewhere. No help offered and the subscription model is a joke. Won't be continuing past my current commitment.”
