What it is
Amazon Quick turns spoken or typed requests into finished documents, slide decks, and custom applications through a conversational interface. The tool connects to business software and reads local files from your desktop, then generates outputs in those formats. Early reviewers — mostly business analysts, product managers, and developers — describe the response speed and output quality as the standout traits. The build architecture is not disclosed by the vendor. 60 million monthly visits, though the small review sample makes sentiment patterns unreliable.
At a glance
Quick automates multi-step workflows (conversation → finished docs/decks/apps) and integrates with business tools plus local desktop files — more than a prompt wrapper. It leverages AWS's proprietary cloud infrastructure but doesn't appear to use specialized domain fine-tuning or a transformative UX innovation that would push it into the top originality tier.
Strong evidenceQuality score
Amazon Quick is an agentic AI workspace for research, automation, and app building, but larger coding workflows need workarounds.

“The AWS EC2 infrastructure it's amazing. It works as expected and I've never had a single problem in the two years I've been using it. for the free tier, uptime is really good and bandwith too”
“Do you plan to enable using QuickSight App with AWS SSO Identity Center ? Without this functionality the application is useless for my context”
“I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks and already blown through my monthly allowance - despite having pro access to other AI tools. It is so far ahead. Why aren’t more people raving about it?”
“It’s such a secret I don’t even want to tell people; I just love how smart and fast it is. I think this is WorkDocs on steroids! I’ve been using it to build business models; draft prompts; and I even attached it to a project I was working with in Claude and it actually fixed a bug that I spent a hour trying to fix with Claude. I don’t know what Amazon got under the hood of this beast but I think Amazon Quick is just letting the others have the spotlight for now. I have blown usage on multiple ac”
“Great App and architecture: Great App to access data in a Data Lake or data Warehouse on AWS and complete what is currently the more powerful and lowest cost solution for BI and more advanced data analytics.”
“ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE company!!! They continue to try to bill us months after we cancelled. They make it Almost Impossible to cancel then try to keep billing you forever. There is NO customer service number, No-one to talk to, their emails are all "No reply" emails and the Only thing they send you is a link to go to their 'customer support' pages - basically endless FAQs and Absolutely No-One Ever Responds to the 'case opened' at those pages. THEY BEHAVE LIKE A CRIMINAL OPERATION WHO TRY TO TRAP Y”
“Horrible. Was paying £300 a month more than required, had asked multiple times fo help but they didn't help, finally figured out what was causing the cost and asked fo rrefund (they had over 10k from me) but they flatly refused and told me rudely it was all my fault and quoted T&Cs.”
“An old AWS account was closed and confirmed it could not be reactivated. The domain was retired. No login access remained as login was tied to the same business domain. Despite this, my mobile number and financial data from that closed account were used to link to an active personal shopping account and a Seller Marketplace registration was attempted under my identity. My personal email received a genuine Amazon Marketplace email, addressed to the BUSINESS NAME, saying they would deposit 1p to ”

“They suspended our account without notice, bringing all of our services down case: 178859088600102”
“1. They suspended our account due to security issue that was not even there. 2. We complied with their requirements 3. 24+ hours we are still suspended without any response or action from AWS Support 4. Pure BS service team who's just sleeping all throughout their shift. 5. Stupid support team”
“Terrible support. I’ve been waiting days for a reply, and I’m completely blocked. I can’t even reset my account; I’m not receiving the SMS or phone call on my mobile. I’ve already lost over a week. This is my first time as an AWS customer, and it will definitely be my last.”
“Luke was phenominal. He went above and beyond to help me with my issue. Multiple calls and follow-ups just to ensure that everything was working as expected. I'm seriously blown away by the level of care and attention to detail. Luke is an absolute credit to your organisation. If you have an employee recognition scheme in place, please please please ensure that Luke is rewarded. ”

“Awesome redesign of the app. Recently tried this app and the UX is beautiful. The chat experience was very smooth.”
“This site is just awful. It's just that after the site is created it's impossible to go to it until you go through it, it's some kind of horror. And I also read about this site that they like to turn off the system simply because something seemed suspicious to them.”
“Ich kann es fast nicht glauben, wie schlecht aws von Amazon strukturiert ist. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit Kontakt aufzunehmen, alles verschachtelt, ich habe gerade fast 1 Stunde gesucht und habe es aufgegeben. Die schlechtesten Bewertungen, die ich je gesehen habe hier, sind der Beweis. ”
“It takes hours to find where you costs are coming, invoices are really hard to pay (and they re-appear on the list, so you might end up paying them twice). Support uses fake names (pretending to be women). Support promised that there will be no more costs coming, but sure enough next year found out that there are some new invoices after that support case! Scam company.”
